The ideal candidate has an active state license in the United States, and is interested in working at an IHS facility near Lawton, OK. Provider must be adequately trained and have necessary experience.

• Hourly Rate: $78/hr all-inclusive rate
• Assignment Type: Urgent Care/Same Day clinic
• Case Load: All Ages
• Requirements: BLS and DEA
