Starting in June 8-10 shifts per month needed. July ongoing will be a consistent 10-12 shifts per month.Percent of Total Hospital Admissions Received from ED: 15Percent of ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital per Day: 15Percent of ED Patients Transferred per Day: 1-2 pts per dayTrauma Level/Designation: None-we are a community hospitalTotal Number of Beds: 44Annual ER Volume: 55000Number of ED Physicians in Group: 11 total physicians of which 5 are leavingFast track in EDFast Track Staffed APPPercent of Total ED Volume Treated by Fast Track: 40Will the Locum Physician be Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers? APPs yesDocumentation System/EMR: EpicDoes ED Staff Respond to House Codes? YesIf Yes are House Codes Secondary to ED Emergencies? Please Explain:Secondary to ED emergencies we have a response team. ED does airway on that teamWho Writes Admission Orders?: HospitalistsDo Hospital Bylaws Require a Specific Response Time for On Call Physicians List Time? 30 minutes or less Are Deliveries Received in ED or Sent Directly to Labor amp Delivery?
