Requirements Saint Alphonsus needs a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to cover occasional weekend call and occasional PTO coverage! Ideal start Jan 30 - ongoing.Specific dates TBDSchedule : 7am-7amEMR : Epic1 CT Surgery dedicated OR4 available PAs rotate to support surgeon in ORPatient Population : Adult / GeriatricWilling to pay for full travel flight hotel rental car etc Flight cap : 750 / roundtrip to include taxes and fees Hotel cap : 179 / night to include taxes and feesRental car cap : 45 / day to include taxes and feesRates needed : OrientationOn call daily - cap of 4000 / 24 hours to include at least 3 hours gratisCall back - cap of 450 / hour to apply after gratis hoursHoliday rates 1.5xConversion fee - 25k capRequired procedures : Adult cardiac surgery General thoracic surgery Aortic dissection CABG Tube thoracostomy Pericardial window Thoracotomy lung resections and pneumonectomy Heart valve repair / replacement surgery Dissection VA VV ECMO placement.
