This is NOT a full time assignment. Schedule : Need for clinic coverage 7a - 3 : 30p. Schedule will be mainly 24 hour call from 7a - 7a. The facility is looking to build their Locum provider pool to provide ongoing sporadic coverage. A provider looking for a full-time assignment would not the best fit for this need. The ideal candidate is available for 7-10 shifts per month ongoing but understands the facility cannot guarantee shifts. The ideal candidate would be willing to credential without the expectation of dates as the need will be for an as-needed basis. Rates needed on Presentation : Malpractice included in ratesOrientation - Per hour of orientation or trainingHourly - Per hour - 515 rate capOvertime - Per hour for any hour beyond scheduled hours per dayOn Call Daily - 4195 rate cap24 Hour Holiday CallCall Back - 515 rate cap Holiday Call BackConversion Fee - 25K cap set out by UCHealth.Travel Requirements : Must send provider flights and lodging info 4 weeks before start.
