About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Pathologist to join our team at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in Hamilton, New Jersey. As an Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing accurate diagnoses and expert interpretations of patient specimens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform frozen section analysis and rapid onsite examination of cytology specimens
- Conduct surgical pathology sign-out and cytopathology sign-out
- Provide high-volume surgical and cytology services, with approximately 5,932 surgical cases and 1,123 cytology cases annually
Work Schedule:
You will work on-site daily from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with night and weekend call as needed. You will also have access to advanced EMR system EPIC.
Requirements:
- Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
- Active NJ medical license or proof of LOQ for IMLC
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
