- Requirements: Board Certified/ Board Eligible. Active WA License
- Assignment Duration: 6 months
- Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 7:30a-4:30p
- Patient Census: 15-20 per shift
- Procedures/Reads required: EMG, Botox, Occipital Nerve Injections, Trigger Point Injections
- Weekly Direct Deposits
- Travel and Lodging Provided if Needed
