Requirements The facility is looking for a licensed PM&R or a BC provider with experience with IP Rehab for a Medical Director role. This will be a medical director role for our 18 bed ARU inside the Kindred Hospital
- IM is currently the attending
- Effective 4/28 (of note, pre-credentialing will need to be completed by 4/14 in order to have credentialing processed and the MD cleared to start patient care by 4/28)
- Will need to include some night and weekend call
- EMR is ProTouch and ProDoc
- a Distinct Part ARU establish January 2024 that boasts a fully renovated 5,698 Square Foot unit with18 semiprivate rooms; the PD is a seasoned OTR with years of leadership experience in an ARU within the California market; the program is fully staffed for the current target ADC 10 and is working on next phase growth opportunities; admissions target: 25% internally with 75% externally: MD onboarding will include training with the following teams - Quality , Operations, Business Development and HIM to ensure successful start up and systems knowledge along with an MD mentor for ongoing support
