About This Role
The Director, Investor Relations, will work closely with our SVP of Investor Relations to build a new department entirely focused on delivering a world-class experience for our 10,500 investors. Based at our corporate headquarters in Manchester, NH, this role offers the opportunity to work directly with executives and founders, contributing to strategic initiatives and scaling the Investor Relations function. With significant growth potential, this role is key to shaping the future of our investor engagement approach.
Roles & Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary support to the SVP of Investor Relations, playing a critical role in shaping and elevating the investor experience. Responsibilities include :
- Direct communication with investors via email, phone, and SMS to clarify details of their venture investments, including performance insights.
- Assisting investors with administrative needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Conducting phone calls with investors to confirm their future venture allocation plans and accurately logging this information in our CRM system.
- Providing timely follow-ups with investors according to their agreed-upon investment plans, ensuring they stay on track.
- Tracking department KPIs to continually improve operational performance and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with the broader fundraising organization to support shared objectives, contributing to the achievement of overall fundraising targets.

Compensation
This role offers a starting salary of $150,000 per year, with eligibility for the company's corporate bonus program, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
