The Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is responsible for providing Physic al Therapy services to guests by assisting in the treatment, program planning and implementation , re lated documentation, and communication while functioning under t he supervision of the Physica l Therapist.

- Provide s Physica l Therapy services to guests in a safe and effective manner under the supervision of a Physic al Therapist in accordance with state regulations
- I mplements and conducts treatment as assigned by the Physic al Therapist and outlined in the treatment plan.
- Monitors guest’s response to intervention and consults with Physica l Therapist if modifi cation is required .
- Must currently hold a current P TA license.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred.
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR certification is preferred. On-site certification is provided free of charge.
