What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Quality Lab Inspector position at Alupress LLC?
This QI ensure that the highest level of quality products are manufactured and supplied in accordance with customer expectations through appropriate gauging and measurements
Performing routine inspections in accordance with control plans and customer requirements.
- Performing incoming inspection, including interpretation and documenting the results.
- Monitoring of the serial production through inspections, analysis, interpretation of the results and reporting to appropriate personnel.
- Providing back-up support for CMM Operators.
- Follow up on shop floor to ensure machines have proper documents and gauges in accordance with established work instructions.
- Assisting in PPAP inspections and preparing associated documents.
- Conducting random inspections on shop floor at established frequencies.
- Maintaining the blocking area in accordance with established standards.
- Coordinating with Production team on sorting and identifying suspect material.
requirement:
High School Diploma
Use of measuring Tools-Micrometer, caliper, ht. gages etc
Computer Skills
Read blue prints, interpret charts, graphs & reports.
flexibility for all shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
