Responsibilities:
- Greet employees and new hires, manage reception duties, and create a positive first impression.
- Support recruitment by posting jobs, screening resumes, and conducting phone screens.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and converting paper files to digital.
- Use Canva to create newsletters and presentations; assist with HR communication tasks.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for job postings and employee records management.
- Assist with special HR tasks (e.g., retirement cards, bereavement arrangements).
- Collaborate with the HR team and ensure clear communication.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva; ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn.
Full-Time Contract
Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm (or) 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
