Job Description:
The Part-Time Janitor is responsible for performing custodial services in order to ensure that buildings and facilities are maintained in a safe and sanitary manner. Will perform a full range of custodial duties related to the care, maintenance and cleaning of all assigned buildings and facilities within the government contract to include both routine maintenance as well as non-routine assignments.
- Buildings will be maintained so as to be in compliance with contract standards and present a clean sightly appearance
- Operating floor care machinery as required
- May be required to drive to outlying areas
- Regular customer interaction during performance of services
- Other duties as assigned by immediate Supervisor custodial services in order to ensure that buildings and facilities are maintained in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Will perform a full range of custodial duties related to the care, maintenance and cleaning of all assigned buildings and facilities within the government contract to include both routine maintenance as well as non-routine assignments.
- Ability to comply with all safety requirements and wear personal protective equipment at all times
- Alutiiq Logistics & Maintenance Services, LLC maintains a professional work environment at all times. Harassment will not be tolerated
- Ability to comply with instruction and direction
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Applicant must have the ability to successfully pass a background investigation for both the company as well as the base
- Must have the ability to obtain a Security Clearance within 90 days of hire
- Must have a valid state Driver’s License

- Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Pursuant to Government Contract you must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to perform physical labor to include lifting and carrying a maximum of 50 lbs
