ALUXURA Bespoke Woodworking & Finishing is seeking a Finish Shop Specialist to assist with Woodwork Prep & Finishing.
Your primary role involves one of the most important steps in quality Woodworking & Finishing- Sand, Prep, and Quality Control for final finish in one the finest dedicated finish booths in the Southeast, working on the highest level projects in the region!
Preferably, our Finish Shop Specialist candidate will have AT LEAST 1 YEAR relevant and verifiable CUSTOM SHOP experience pre-sanding fine Residential interior woodwork or furniture; however, we can train candidates with good hand tool skills, an eye for detail, and the right attitude.
You must be well-organized and able to work safely and keep a clean work environment. Ultimately, your attitude is more important than what you know.
Position Requirements:
- Integrity, Motivation/Attitude, & Knowledge
- Prefer minimum 1 year custom woodwork finish prep experience in small to medium sized professional shop environment.
- Can pass drug test and has clean background record.
- Able to lift 75lbs
- Must have own transportation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3 Professional Supervisor References REQUIRED.
