Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Manager located in Crossett, AR. The Laboratory Manager will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, lead development of new materials, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing laboratory equipment, quality control, and supervising laboratory staff, environmental reporting. The Laboratory Operations Manager will also be colaborate the management team to improve and complete tasks including inventory control, workflow optimization and interface with customers and the sales team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laboratory Safety and Laboratory Skills
- Experience with Laboratory Equipment and Quality Control
- Strong Operations Management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Masters or Doctorate. Strong analytical experience
- Experience in Pine chemicals
- Relevant certifications in laboratory safety or operations management are a plus
