Job Summary:
This is a full-time on-site position for a Laboratory Manager located in Crossett, AR. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, lead the development of new materials, ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards, and manage laboratory equipment and quality control.
The responsibilities include supervising laboratory staff, environmental reporting, collaborating with the management team to improve and complete tasks, such as inventory control, workflow optimization, and interface with customers and the sales team.
