Our Telecom and Digital Infrastructure industry group is looking for accomplished consultants with deep technical expertise and proven execution capabilities to develop practical and achievable strategies for our clients.AandM helps companies explore their options and leverage mergers, acquisitions and divestitures to unlock shareholder value. We help clients achieve the full benefits of transactions. We help streamline operations through divesting or restructuring under-performing and non-core business units or assets while also tackling residual overhead costs.Our team focuses on wireless, wireline, cable, digital infrastructure, satellite, enterprise, engineering and services, and communication equipment.Interested parties should have a strong background in one of the following areas : Network and Technology Network Deployment Strategy Telecom IT Strategy and Road MappingTransactions, Strategy and Structure MandA Pre-Deal (Due Diligence, Planning) MandA Post-Deal (Execution, Business Case Achievement) Revenue and Pricing Improvement Shareholder Value ImprovementOperations Efficiency Customer Care Network Operations Supply Chain and LogisticsResponsibilities : Effectively leads workstreams Leads self and teammates to achieve objectives set with project leadership direction Plans and designs work by using structured problem-solving framework and methodologies Interfaces with client regularly and possesses strong executive presence Provides significant support on proposal and sales efforts Actively seeks to identify client's needs that may lead to new opportunities for AandM; manages personal relationships in a business context and maintains an active network of business relationships Establishes an inclusive environment that is positive and engages all team membersQualifications : 4 years of relevant industry and consulting experience Outcome oriented Entrepreneurial and commercial approach Strong analytical skills Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills Strong interpersonal / team skills, high E.Q. Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Ability to address strategic issues and act tactically understanding cross functional requirements Comfortable with travelThe salary range for Manager is $150,000-$225,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, AandM offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.
