We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Technology Consulting Manager to lead client engagements, manage project teams, and drive strategic marketing technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing technology platforms, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Engagement and Delivery :
Lead client projects to assess, optimize, and implement marketing technology solutions.Develop and present strategic recommendations, business cases, and roadmaps for marketing technology transformations.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Team Leadership and Development :
Manage project teams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Business Development :
Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities and support proposal development.Contribute to thought leadership by creating content, conducting research, and presenting insights on marketing technology trends.
Expertise and Innovation :
Stay updated on the latest marketing technology platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Bynder, Workfront) and industry trends.Design and implement solutions that enhance marketing operations, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable ROI.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.5 years of experience in marketing technology consulting, marketing operations, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.Strong expertise in marketing technology platforms, digital asset management, and workflow optimization tools (e.g., Adobe, Workfront, Bynder, etc.).Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage client relationships effectively.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Experience developing and mentoring teams.PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.
Compensation Statement :
The following are the annual base salary ranges, commensurate with experience : Analyst : $75,000-$100,000; Consultant : $90,000-$135,000; Manager : $135,000-$185,000; Director : $150,000-$225,000. In addition, AandM offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
