A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement Services (PEPI) practice focuses on serving middle market and large cap private equity firms to improve operating results at their portfolio companies.

A&M’s Supply Chain professionals assist our clients in analyzing each part of the supply chain process including : Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, Logistics and Distribution, Integrated Demand and Supply Planning to identify value creation opportunities.
Professional experience :
We are seeking individuals that can lead and deliver large, complex client engagements working closely with Private Equity leadership to implement creative business solutions for their portfolio companies.
Hands-on experience through consulting projects or engagement in at least several of the following areas is required :

The salary range is $150,000 $225,000 annually, dependent on several variables including education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
