CORPORATE SENIOR ANALYST, GLOBAL TAX (U.S.)
POSITION OBJECTIVES
The Senior Tax Analyst will support A&M's tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities under the guidance of senior professionals. This role involves assisting with tax filings, data gathering, and reporting processes, all within a structured and collaborative framework. The Senior Tax Analyst is expected to exhibit strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills, while benefiting from direct oversight on technical matters such as tax filings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Tax Compliance Support : Assist with the coordination and preparation of U.S. federal, state, local, and international tax return filings, extensions, and payments. These activities will be performed under the supervision of senior tax professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Work closely with the finance, payroll, IT, and other departments to gather, analyze, and review information required for tax filings and reporting. Effective communication will be essential in ensuring that all data is properly aligned.
- Tax Reporting and Forecasting : Contribute to the preparation of internal tax reports, including tax expense allocations, budgeting, and forecasting. These reports will be used by leadership for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Special Projects and Tax Planning : Participate in tax authority examinations, special tax projects, and planning initiatives for U.S. and non-U.S. jurisdictions. These projects will be carried out with direct input and supervision from experienced team members.
- Process Improvement : Assist in reviewing and refining tax compliance processes to enhance efficiency. This includes helping to streamline data gathering and reporting procedures in both U.S. and non-U.S. contexts.
- Internal Support : Address inquiries from A&M partners and employees regarding tax-related matters. Complex inquiries will be escalated to senior team members, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Cross-Border Activity Monitoring : Support the management of A&M's global tax calendar and cross-border activities, including considerations around permanent establishment, while working under the guidance of senior colleagues

Full-time Positions and Part-time Positions Over 30 hours

Compensation Statement :
The annual base salary range is $100,000 - $110,000, commensurate on experience. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
