We're seeking a dynamic Café Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our two bustling coffee shops, one at Alvarium Beer Company in New Britain and the other at Gastro Park in West Hartford. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, managing our talented staff, and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of two years of management experience in a café or restaurant setting
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques, equipment operation, and food safety regulations
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and problem-solving skills
- Passion: A genuine love for coffee and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Flexibility: As a growing enterprise, we need team members who can accommodate a schedule that may vary based on business needs
