Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
- Oversee human resources functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to achieve financial goals.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth among staff.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel’s services and enhance its visibility in the market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Sales experience is of advantage.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations including front office management, housekeeping, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience with night audit processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- A degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
