What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Data & Systems Manager position at Alvernia?
JOB SUMMARY :
The Admissions Data & Systems Manager is responsible for the CRM technology and logistical functions in the Undergraduate Admissions Office. In addition, the Admissions Data & Systems Manager will provide support to the Data Operations and Enrollment Management Leadership Teams as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Technology and CRM System Support
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to CRM, application systems, or data processes.
- Train colleagues on enrollment tools and software.
Data Management and Entry
Communication Support
Application Processing
Event Support
Reporting and Analysis
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Maintain and develop relationships with faculty and staff of the University as needed
2. Performs other services as deemed reasonable by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION :
1. Strong data entry / typing skills (both accuracy and speed)
2. Attention to detail
3. Ability to multi-task and operate efficiently in an open workstation environment
4. Strong organizational and communication skills
5. Technical proficiency, Microsoft Office, CRM, data systems, and AI; Slate and Citrix Power Campus preferred
6. Knowledge and demonstrated proficiency of PC applications
7. Commitment to the mission statement, core values, and goals of Alvernia University
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
