Job Summary :
The Graduate Assistant Coach will develop and refine transferable skills and other professional responsibilities by assisting the Head Coach of the respective sport with all aspects of and NCAA Division III sport - with primary responsibility for identifying, recruiting, and retaining academically and athletically qualified student-athletes for their program.

- Travel to tournaments, high schools, special events, etc., to identify academically and athletically qualified prospects for the respective sports program.
- Responsible for engaging with recruits and student-athletes to foster a safe and positive environment for them to learn, train, and grow.
- Foster a positive environment where student-athletes can learn, grow, and reach their potential; serve as a mentor, advisor, positive role model, and exemplar of good character and integrity; monitor discipline and conduct of student-athletes to foster personal growth and ensure adherence to community standards and appropriate codes of conduct / expectations.
