WHAT WILL YOU DO
This individual is responsible for developing and execution of a sales strategy to support the organizational goals and mission of Alverno Laboratories. This individual directs all sales functions. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to sales, team development, budgeting, monitoring profitability, forecasting, communication of needs and negotiating managed care contracts. Identifies key sales targets for the Sales Team and monitors team’s effectiveness in converting leads to actual revenue. Works collaboratively with Director of Sales Support on ensuring service needs of current client base are being met. This individual shall maintain a healing environment for employees and patients with a spirit of caring and concern as incorporated in the philosophy of our Catholic Healthcare systems while performing all job functions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing, or Laboratory Science required.
Master’s degree in related field preferred.
A minimum of 7 years proven sales ability in area of sales or marketing required- laboratory sales experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to maintain executive level customer relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with advanced functions of Microsoft products.
