Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Clinical Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Nursing Program. In this role, you will provide essential support to nursing faculty members, ensuring students receive high-quality instruction and hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
- Serving as a clinical supervisor for nursing students
- Responsible for supervising students' skills performance and student evaluation
- Consulting with nursing faculty members as needed
You will also be expected to work with diverse groups of nursing students, responding to Early Alerts submitted by faculty and staff. Additionally, you may assist faculty and staff in identifying trends and researching best practices in student persistence and completion.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and at least one year of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a clinical hospital setting. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
