About the Role
The Part-Time Test Examiner will be responsible for preparing and administering various exams, including high school equivalency, TSI Assessment, HESI, NLN, CLEP, correspondence, accommodated, instructor-initiated, and other exams as requested by the college and community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare test materials, computer setup, and testing rooms according to established protocols.
- Read directions, respond to examinee questions, and time tests accurately.
- Comply with all state and national guidelines for exam administration.
- Maintain accurate records and reports any testing irregularities to the Testing Coordinator.
- Enter test scores into the student database and maintain files of score reports.
- Other duties as assigned by the Testing Coordinator or Director.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Computer proficiency and experience with standardized testing preferred.
