Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Oversee food production processes to guarantee quality and consistency in all menu items.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new products and special events at the coffee shop.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and cost control measures.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or casual dining setting is preferred.
- Proven kitchen management skills with a solid understanding of food production processes.
- Experience as an assistant manager or in a supervisory role within the food service industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices is essential.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
