We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Clerk to join our retail team. As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store organization, assisting with inventory management, help with the cash register and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the store. Your role is essential in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their needs.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer inquiries.
- Handle customer transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintain store displays, ensuring products are neatly arranged and stocked.
- Assist with inventory control, including receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and conducting stock checks.
- Ensure the store is clean and organized, including tidying up the sales floor and maintaining product signage.
- Assist with opening and closing the store, including cash register balancing.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
- Follow safety procedures and store policies to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.
