What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Director position at Alvis House?
Alvis, Inc is looking for a passionate Program Director to join our team in Columbus. The Program Director will oversee grant-funded programs and managers assigned to the Reentry Center. Leadership skills are a must in order to ensure staff, program participants, and clients are in compliance with grant requirements. In addition, utilization of cognitive behavioral techniques, healthy decision-making, and positive interpersonal skills are necessary. Prior experience multi-tasking various grants is expected. Additionally, this position will oversee workforce readiness programs in all Alvis Correctional programs.
