Alvis, Inc is looking for a passionate Employment Placement Specialist or Workforce Development Specialist to assist clients with basic skills necessary to obtain and succeed in employment, and use coaching techniques for ongoing job searching and interview skills. Perform duties in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency and corresponding with agency/governing body policies, procedures, and contracts. Employees will engage with clients on a consistent basis and utilize cognitive behavioral techniques in order to foster and promote healthy decision making and positive interpersonal skills
