Positions Available:
Hourly Home Health Aide / Personal Care Assistant: Enjoy the flexibility of hourly shifts, with a variety of scheduling options – day, evening, or weekend shifts to fit your lifestyle.
Live-In Home Health Aide / Personal Care Assistant: Take the opportunity to offer continuous, live-in care for clients, providing stability and comfort through dedicated support and companionship.
What We're Looking For:
Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification in New York State
Updated medical/vaccination records or willingness to obtain
Completion of drug screen or Habituation Form, or willingness to obtain
A compassionate and empathetic nature, and a genuine desire to help others live better lives
Key Responsibilities:
For Hourly Positions: Provide care during your scheduled shifts, including personal care, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship.
For Live-In Positions: Reside with the client during shifts, ensuring round-the-clock care, providing personal assistance, and being a supportive presence.
Engage clients with meaningful activities and keep accurate records of care.
Communicate any changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse or care team.
What We Offer:
Hourly Positions: Competitive pay starting at $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.
Live-In Positions: Enjoy attractive compensation with the added stability of providing continuous care to clients.
Flexible scheduling to meet your availability and lifestyle needs.
Part-time and full-time positions available.
Weekly paychecks – choose direct deposit or paper check.
Medical/health benefits available* (Subject to one-year employment and 1,560 hours worked).

Up to 56 hours of sick time per year, based on hours worked.
