QUALIFICATIONS:
We are seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our Cluster Care team! This unique scheduling model allows caregivers to provide care to multiple clients in the same building or local area, minimizing travel time and maximizing meaningful care. It will help our seniors and individuals needing daily assistance receive care without having a caregiver in their home for extended hours, allowing more flexibility and a sense of community.
How Does it Work?
1) Aides work in a facility setting to handle several Alvita Care dedicated clients. Shifts may vary between 15 minutes to an hour.
2) Services include assistance with medication reminders, maintaining a tidy living space, and helping with outings or errands.
3) The aide is based in the building, ensuring they can respond quickly to any needs that arise.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a valid HHA / PCA certificate in the state of New York
- Drivers with vehicles preferred
- Hoyer lift experience preferred
- Full-time, part-time, & per diem schedule options are available
- Flexible hours and shifts
- Looking for live-ins? Apply immediately!
- MALE and FEMALE Clients!
- Pay ranges from $19-20/hourly
- Weekly paycheck on Fridays (direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check)
