Requirements:
Certified as an HHA or PCA in New York State
Willing to commute to Westchester County
Preferably has a driver's license (not required but preferred)
Up-to-date medicals/vaccinations or willing to obtain
Completed drug screen or Habituation Form, or willing to obtain
Compassionate, empathetic, and motivated by a genuine desire to improve lives
Shifts:
Weekend shifts (both day and overnight shifts)
Day shifts ranging from 6-12 hours
Live-in cases (3-4 days for weekend coverage)
Hourly Rate:
$19-$20/hr (depending on experience and shift)
Responsibilities:
Provide 24/7 care and support to clients in their homes during weekend shifts
Assist with personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, and dressing
Help clients with mobility and physical activities
Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs
Maintain a clean environment through light housekeeping
Offer companionship and emotional support
Keep accurate records of care and report any changes in clients' conditions
Tasks & Duties:
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) (e.g., meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation)
