Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Home Care Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining caregiver schedules, ensuring seamless care delivery for our clients. This position requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Management : Create, update, and maintain caregiver-client schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and accuracy.
- Communication : Promptly relay schedule changes, updates, and conflicts to clients and caregivers.
- Client & Caregiver Support : Respond to inquiries with professionalism and a client-focused approach.
- Caregiver Matching : Assign caregivers based on client needs, preferences, and availability.
- System Management : Maintain accurate records in WellSky (ClearCare) scheduling software.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the care team to address urgent scheduling needs and gaps.
- Time & Attendance Tracking : Monitor employee time, attendance, and PTO compliance.
- Onboarding Support : Assist in training and onboarding new caregivers.
- On-Call Responsibilities : Provide rotating after-hours and weekend scheduling support (remote work available during these times).
- Emergency Support : Step in to provide backup care in urgent situations.
