Primary Responsibilities:
- Escort and drive client to doctor appointments, church, brunch and other errands.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification / license or PCA certificate preferred.
- Previous experience with dementia.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
