In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with daily living activities, promoting their independence and well-being. The current client, based in Reston, needs ongoing support and companionship.

Core Responsibilities may include :

• Assistance with common ADL, meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Going for walks, helping client with getting on the exercise bike
• Light housekeeping duties, including laundry and light cleaning
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain timely accurate records and documentation
• Provide quality care and support to clients
• Communicate effectively with client, their family, and other healthcare professionals

Required : Two references

Proof of a TB screening within the last year showing clear results
