Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and record vital signs, report any changes in health status to the nursing team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- CPR and First Aid certification is required.
