Our lead caregiver supports the Director of Care Services and is an important part of our growth and development.
Benefits:
- Competitive Pay starting at $23.50-$25.50 per hour depending on experience
- Full-time – 40 hours a week guaranteed
- Weekly pay (paid every Friday)

- Client Introduction and training (on your 1st shift)

Job Responsibilities:
- Completes a start of care shift for our new clients and create a Careplan
- Training and supporting our caregivers on their first shift
- Cover fill-in shifts
- Available Monday- Friday 9am-5pm (flexible)
- Must be willing to work 1 weekend a month (2 days off during the week- you choose days)
- Able to travel- Pierce and Thurston County
Requirements:
- Must be Certified as a CNA (Nursing Assistant Certification or HCA (Home Care Aide) in the State of Washington
- Must be able to provide proof of valid Driver's license and Insurance
- Empathy and the ability to care for the client's social, emotional, physical, and mental health
- Open to help with personal care
- Proficient in some domestic chores such as preparing meals and cleaning
- Trained in specialized areas of care, for example, geriatrics, dementia, or Alzheimer's disease
- Open to working around pets and smoking
- Available for consistent shifts throughout the Pierce County area - Tacoma, Lakewood, Gig Harbor, Dupont, Puyallup, Lacey and Olympia.
