Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
- Assisting with coordination of all activities related to the operations of Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, and Care Homes
- Providing support with establishing robust processes and standards
- Developing and maintaining customer service relationships
- Facilitating better communication between clients, co-workers, and external parties
- Monitoring performance and reporting any discrepancies
- Keeping record of customer service relation activities, informing management of any issues or threats to patient care
- Helping to ensure compliance to health, safety, and privacy regulations
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in managing or working with Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, and Care Homes
- Demonstrated ability to interact and successfully collaborate with clients and colleagues
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Acceptable knowledge of health, safety, and privacy regulations
- Ability to accurately maintain detailed records and reports
- Must possess valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must have valid CPR/First Aid certification
