Job Requirements

• 1 year of verifiable in-home care experience
• TB test up to date or willing to get one within 30 days of hire
• Ability to communicate with clients clearly and concisely to understand their needs and be able to offer companionship.
• Ability to prepare nutritional, well-rounded meals for our clients.
• A calm, compassionate demeanor.
• Excellent transfer skills, with or without a gait belt, able to assist with all ADL's.
• Must be able to pass a background check and random drug screen.
• A Valid, current Texas drivers license/state ID, social security card and or valid work documents, where applicable, are a requirement.
• Preference given to Caregivers who can work with clients that smoke or have pets.
