- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rate.
- Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff promptly.
- Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent bedsores and muscle stiffness.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized patient environment.
- Respond to patient calls and requests for assistance.
- Promote patient independence while providing necessary support and care.
- Foster a compassionate and supportive atmosphere for patients and their families. Requirements :
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience or training as a CNA in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
