Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services in Atlanta/Buckhead is seeking compassionate and dedicated PCA's and CNA's to join our team in Conyers, Georgia. This is a part-time hourly position in the healthcare/medical industry, working as an individual contributor. The ideal candidates will provide quality care to our senior clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position will range from $13 to $16 per hour, paid on a weekly basis. In addition, we offer opportunities for advancement within the franchise, as well as ongoing training and support. As part of our team, you will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement options.
Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized care to senior clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Communicate effectively with clients' families and healthcare team
Requirements:
• Valid PCA or CNA certification in the state of Georgia
• Experience working with seniors, preferably in a home care setting
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes
