As a Caregiver at our location, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry and dishwashing
- Escort seniors to appointments or outings
- Companionship and social interaction with clients
- Monitor and record changes in senior's physical and mental health
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and medical professionals
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working with seniors in a healthcare or in-home care setting
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Understanding of basic medical terminology
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
