Job Overview
Seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Support clients with mobility assistance, including lifting when necessary.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean living environment.
- Offer direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client care and progress.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or hospice care is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed while ensuring their comfort and safety.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus but not required at the time of application.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
