Job Summary :
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, a leading senior care facility in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking compassionate and dedicated NAs / CNAs to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the healthcare / medical field within the franchise industry. The NAs / CNAs will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Compensation & Benefits :
The NAs / CNAs will be offered a competitive salary ranging from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The salary will be paid on a weekly basis. In addition, employees will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities :
- Provide personal care assistance to residents, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the designated nursing staff.
- Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, ensuring their rooms and common areas are neat and organized.
- Engage in conversation and daily activities with residents to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Follow proper infection control procedures and maintain residents' hygiene.
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of residents' information.
