As part of our franchise organization, you will provide essential care and support to elderly clients, helping them maintain their overall well-being and perform daily living activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Closely monitor and promptly report any changes in clients' health or behavior.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals.
- Provide transportation to appointments, events, and run errands.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid certification as a Nurse Assistant (NA) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Hawaii.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred but not required.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Pass a satisfactory background check and drug test.
