Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in the serene town of Kailua, Hawaii. If you’re passionate about helping seniors, this is the job for you! You’ll be part of a dedicated team providing essential care to our beloved elderly clients in Kailua’s beautiful community.
With flexible hours and the benefit of weekly pay, this role offers a rewarding work experience in a supportive and caring environment. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time, we’ll work with your schedule!
 Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.

Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to brighten their day.

Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior.

Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care plans.

Offer reliable transportation to appointments, errands, and events, supporting clients' independence.
 What We’re Looking For:

Current certification as a Nurse Assistant (NA) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Hawaii.

Previous experience with seniors is preferred, but not required!

Excellent communication and people skills to connect with clients.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Ability to assist with physical tasks (mobility, lifting) and ensure client comfort.
