Always Best Care is urgently hiring multiple caregivers for full time and part time positions in East Hartford and surrounding towns in Central CT to provide high-quality care to individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or disabilities. What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience with dementia care (preferred)
- HIgh School Graduate or (GED)
- 18 yrs old
- good availability
- Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
- Compassionate, patient, and strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor health and safety
- Provide medication reminders and transport when needed
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care (incontinence, bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Ensure safety and well-being of the patient at all times Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
