Job Description:
Now Hiring for Immediate Caregiver Weekend shifts. Seeking compassionate and experienced Home Health Aides and experienced caregivers to join our team to support individuals living with dementia. Must have valid Drivers License and Vehicle to assist with transportation and errands for clients. The ideal candidate will have vast experience working with dementia patients and be dedicated to providing exceptional care. This position requires weekend availability, and we are looking to fill the role immediately.

* Immediate Pay offers access to 50% of daily earnings after shift is completed
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care (incontinence, bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition
- Support memory care routines and cognitive exercises
- Ensure safety and well-being of the patient at all times
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
- Medication Reminder
- Outgoings to medical appointments, groceries, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience working with dementia patients is a must
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Patience, empathy, and a compassionate attitude & punctuality
- CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus
- Ability to work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday)
- At least 2 years of experience in home care (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required).
- Ability to pass both state and national background checks.
- Excellent communication skills – you’ll be interacting with clients, families, and our team on a daily basis.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
