Job Description:
Always Best Care is urgently hiring multiple caregivers for 12-hour days & night shifts in Somers & Ellington, CT to provide high-quality care to individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or disabilities. If you're compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference, we want you on our team!

What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience with dementia care (preferred)
- availability (12-hour shifts)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
- Compassionate, patient, and strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor health and safety
- Provide medication reminders and transport when needed
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care (incontinence, bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Ensure safety and well-being of the patient at all times Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
